The TDM 1.2-100-300-W1-220/S100 servo drive module is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the TDM Servo Drive Modules series. Within an automation cell, it forms the power stage between the rectified DC supply and synchronous motors, translating control commands into regulated current flow so axis speed and position follow the programmed motion profile. This arrangement allows the module to support controlled acceleration, stable running speed, and accurate stopping in packaging, printing, and material-handling equipment.

The unit delivers a continuous output of 30 kW, allowing sustained operation without thermal derating. Its internal DC link is maintained at 300 V DC, providing the reference potential from which the output stages synthesize the required motor voltages. It supports a nominal motor phase current of 100 A, which limits the continuous torque demand placed on the connected motor.
