Designed for closed-loop control of AC servomotors, the unit converts link-circuit energy into a regulated motor supply that follows axis demand in machining centers, packaging lines, and other automated equipment. This arrangement supports accurate speed and torque response during acceleration, deceleration, and repeated positioning cycles. It is suited to servo axes that require repeatable control during varying duty cycles and frequent load changes.

Electrical performance is centered on a continuous output current of 65 A, allowing the drive to support motor output up to 30 kW under rated conditions. For short-term overloads, the current path is rated for a peak of 100 A, which helps the axis handle brief acceleration demands without immediate current limiting. The intermediate circuit operates at 300 VDC, providing a steady energy buffer during rapid load changes. A built-in fan removes switching heat and uses 30 VA from its own supply. Analog interface rails provide +15 V at 140 mA and -15 V at 60 mA to feedback transducers, and external taps allow an additional 15 mA per rail when required. This separation helps preserve stable reference signals for encoder and transducer circuits.

Application limits include a permitted mounting height of 1000 m above sea level and insulation category C. When fully loaded, the module dissipates 400 W of heat that must be removed by cabinet airflow and the dedicated blower supplied from 115 VAC. The enclosure has an IP10 protection rating, so the unit is intended for installation inside a protected cabinet rather than in open machine areas. Cabinet design must therefore provide guarding against accidental contact and a clear airflow path across the cooling surfaces. With a mass of 10.5 kg, the module places only a moderate load on mounting panels and support structures.
