The TDM 1.2-100-300-W1-000/S100 is a smart servo drive module that is used for speed and position control applications in the industry. This drive controller is used with the MAC servo drives where it aids the servo drives in high accurate position and speed control operations. This device has a DC link voltage of 300 V and has a peak current of 50 A. The device has a 220 V nominal DC link voltage. Because of forced ventilation, the device is able to function at an optimum temperature despite continuous operation. Excess heat is continuously dissipated with the help of a blower fan attached to the system. During storage and transportation, the device can sustain temperatures from -30 ᵒC to 85 ᵒC. During operation, the recommended temperature range for this device lies between 5 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC.
The TDM 1.2-100-300-W1-000/S100 can be used in harsh external environments. The device’s outer casing has been designed in accordance with the IP 10 ingress protection standards. This servo drive module has been equipped with the starting lockout technology that is used to prevent automatic machine start ups. This technology ensures the protection of the operating personnel as well as the machinery. This device can be used in place of mains contactors and can perform the function of a mains contactor very efficiently. The mains contactor has to be switched off once during every duty cycle. With the starting lockout technology, this issue is eliminated and the mains contactor does not need to be switched off repeatedly.
