The TDM 1.2-030-300-W1-000 is a servo drive by Rexroth Indramat. This servo drive primarily operates as a variable speed drive with a preset maximum speed limit. The drive can be used for high acceleration moments for a short period. It has a model 2 configuration.
The servo drive features 30A type current rating, 15A minimum adjustable current, 300VDC link circuit rated bus voltage and 9kW power rating. The drive encompasses a built-in fan with forced ventilation for cooling when the device is in use. The rated connection voltage for the fan is generated within the unit. The unit operates at an ambient temperature range of +5°C to +45°C with the rated current and voltage values. If the red colored TS LED is continuously flashing, this indicates that the drive is operating at a very high temperature. The drive will then shut down in half an hour.
The X5 terminal of the drive acts as a terminal strip for connecting a user input or a user output. The X6 terminal is used for feedback connection of the MAC motor. The servo drive module is also capable of functioning as a type of torque-controlled drive. It can be used as either a master-slave drive or a tandem drive.
