Product Description:
The Bosch Rexroth Indramat SM 10/20-C servo module is part of the SERVODYN-T series and is intended for precise control and efficiency in industrial automation applications. The servo module is designed for challenging motion control tasks and has enhanced connectivity, power management, and a variety of interfacing choices for a wide range of high-precision machinery and automated systems.
Various encoder options that include incremental encoder emulation output, SSI, and SinCos, make the SM 10/20-C servo module suitable for a variety of feedback requirements. The module comes with three analog outputs, two of which can be adjusted to ±10V for the Drive Series and one of which can be adjusted to ±10V for the Motion Series. Alternatives to PROFIBUS include DP-V0 and DP-V1, as well as CANopen (DS 301 and DSP 402). Power derating is required for optimal performance outside the typical operating temperature range of 0–40°C, although the module functions well within this range. The 230Vac ±10% input can be supplied by either single-phase or three-phase sources to the module. At rates of 50 or 60, the servo module can additionally receive a three-phase power input of 400Vac ±10%.
The SM 10/20-C also has 16 customizable logic inputs (four of which can handle interrupts) and eight configurable logic outputs for the Motion Series. For the Drive Series, it has three optocoupled logic outputs and four optocoupled logic inputs. The module has a 14-bit analog input in the Motion Series and two high-resolution analog inputs with 16-bit and 10-bit accuracy (±10V differential). Having measurements of 36.8 cm in height, 10 cm in width, and 22 cm in length, the servo module is small and weighs about 5 kg. All of our products come with a one-year replacement warranty and can be shipped anywhere in the world.
