Product Description

The SF-LA3.0068.030-14.059 is a DC link voltage-based servo motor designed and manufactured by Rexroth Bosch. This SF motor, coupled with a Servodyn-D inverter, provides precise control of speed and torque in various industrial automation equipment. To provide information regarding the overall performance of the SF Motor, it is equipped with both single-turn (STG) and multiple-turn (MTG) encoders. For convenient installation, the connectors for the encoder and output are plugged in. IP67 provides advanced protection against dirt or moisture. This motor features the frame size L and design A.

The motor has a holding break without a mating connector. This motor is constructed according to international standards for arrangements of mounting and dimension. With pre-drilled holes on its cylindrical body, it exhibits a flat mounting surface. Two NTC thermistors are used to control the temperature. The motor could rely on the other thermistor if one failed. The resistance of the NTC thermistor varies with temperature, which is easily measured using an appropriate circuit. This servo motor is more reliable than one with a single thermistor.

Permanent magnets in the holding brake apply tensile stress to the plate, preventing the rotor shaft's axis from further rotation. Ball bearings are used to minimize the friction between the stator and rotating shaft. These locating bearings are fixed on the flange side (output side).
