Product Description

This particular model, the SF-B4.0230.060-10.015, belongs to the SF Servo Rotor Edition. This servo rotor has been designed by Bosch Indramat. Using this rotor in plants that may contain explosive particles is strictly prohibited unless unambiguously authorized by additional certifications. The basic version features a smooth shaft and does not include a mating connector. Air-cooled designs can handle an extensive range of temperatures, from -20  to 40 Degrees of Celsius, and can be setup at max elevations of 1000 meters above the average sea level. This servo is equipped with a built encoder (SF). The frame size of this motor is 2.

For this and every other SF-rotors, an STG (absolute single-turn value encoder) is employed instead of the SR-rotors that come equipped with one resolver. It is indeed possible to install a MTG encoder into this motor. Two temperature regulators are used to regulate the temperature. Choose between an integrated encoder (SF) or an integrated resolver (SR). An electronic rating plate is used to continually optimize the Servodyn-D inverter for the motor.  By applying a 24 Volts of DC current, the electromagnetic field combats the field of the permanent magnet, thus sustaining the brake in a state of openness.

Thermistors are incorporated into the windings, and the performance is determined in the corresponding module. Ensure the flange is in conformity with IEC 72-2 / DIN 42 948. Locating the bearing on the output side (flange side). Service life of a minimum of 20,000 hours. Ensure that the quality categories 'N', 'R', and 'S' are balanced in accordance with VDE 0530 Part 14. A sinusoidal electromagnetic force and a smooth, low-contamination aluminum frame. Installation pockets are present all throughout the entire length of the motors.
