Product Description:
The SE-LB3.095.030-10.000 is a synchronous servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. The unit is intended for closed-loop industrial automation where accurate velocity and position control are required. Its synchronous design supports repeatable rotary motion when paired with a compatible servo drive. It links a drive controller to mechanical loads through its Ø19 × 40 mm shaft and Ø95 j6 pilot. The pilot fit also helps keep the motor centered on matching machine flanges.
During continuous operation, the motor supplies a static torque of 11.6 Nm and reaches a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, giving a practical torque-to-speed range for medium-inertia axes. Its electromagnetic conversion factor is 1.10 Nm/A, and this torque constant pairs with a standstill current of 10.5 A for rated stall operation. Transient overloads are accommodated by a peak current of 63 A, allowing rapid acceleration without saturation. The rotor responds quickly because the electrical time constant is 2.8 ms and the mechanical time constant is 10.8 ms, so current rise and speed ramp closely track drive commands. A winding resistance of 1.68 Ω and an 18 mH inductance limit ripple, while the tachogenerator provides 2.7 V per 1000 rpm for analog speed feedback.
The back-EMF is quantified by a voltage constant of 118 V/1000 rpm; together with the phase inductance of 18 mH, it helps determine drive-side PWM frequency and DC-bus sizing. Heat buildup is moderated by a thermal time constant of 35 min, and the rotor-stator assembly weighs 14.9 kg to provide useful thermal mass for intermittent duty. Installation clearances are simplified because the housing measures 351 mm in length when no holding brake is fitted, and the j6 pilot maintains concentricity with gearbox flanges. The electrical constants and physical dimensions are suitable for servo axes that need repeatable speed response over changing load conditions.
