The SE-LB3.075.030-04.000 is a brushless AC servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. It converts regulated drive current into precise rotary motion for positioning, speed-controlled, and cyclic axes in industrial automation equipment such as pick-and-place gantries and packaging machines. Direct coupling to a gearbox or load reduces mechanical play and supports accurate motion in assembly stations, feeders, and compact conveyor sections. Its brushless design also supports repeatable operation in machines that require stable speed and position control over frequent duty cycles.
At its rated operating point, the rotor reaches a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, while the windings draw 9.5 A of standstill current and have a resistance of 2.1 Ω. The copper and iron circuit form an electrical time constant of 10.2 ms, which shows how quickly phase current can rise when the controller demands torque. A winding inductance of 21 mH supports smooth current regulation, and the motor develops 0.98 Nm/A, allowing the drive to relate commanded current to output torque. During acceleration peaks, the motor can draw up to 57 A, and the back-EMF slope of 113 V/1000 rpm sets the voltage rise as speed increases.
The electromechanical package includes a permanent-magnet holding brake rated at 8.0 Nm when supplied with 24 V DC ±10%, which helps prevent drift on vertical axes during power-off. During short overload events, the magnetic circuit can reach 18.6 Nm, while continuous shaft locking is supported by a static torque capacity of 9.3 Nm. System inertia is limited to 1.66 × 10⁻³ kg·m², helping the drive respond quickly to changing load conditions. The shaft is machined for a Feather Key A6×6×32, the overall motor length with brake is 327 mm, and the assembly mass is 13.5 kg so mounting clearance and bearing load checks can be made accurately.
