Product Description:
The SE-D1.010.030-14.026 is a synchronous servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. In industrial automation, it supplies closed-loop torque and speed control so that machine axes follow precise position commands. An integrated holding brake and a shaft-mounted tachogenerator allow the drive controller to secure loads and verify rotor velocity without external sensors. By combining these functions in one housing, the motor simplifies wiring and reduces the number of separate components required around the axis.
The motor reaches a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, giving consistent output in light-to-medium duty axes. Its electromagnetic stack delivers 1.0 Nm of static torque, while the holding brake supplies 0.38 Nm when power is removed. The brake circuit is energized at 24 V ±10% and draws 0.21 A. Mechanical clamping engages in 10 ms and releases fully after 39 ms, allowing the axis to be secured quickly during a stop command. A built-in tachogenerator produces 3 × 20 Vss ±5% at 1000 rpm so the control amplifier can monitor actual speed. Voltage ripple on the DC bus is limited to 2%, which supports stable current regulation at low speeds. Heat generated by copper losses is removed through radiation and natural convection, so no fan or liquid cooling loop is required.
For harsh plant conditions, the enclosure has an IP65 rating that blocks dust ingress and resists high-pressure water jets. The mechanical assembly withstands shocks up to 6 g, helping preserve alignment during transport or abrupt machine stops. Operation is interrupted if winding temperature approaches 155 °C, which helps protect the insulation system from overheating. Acoustic emission stays at 58 dB(A), keeping routine operation comparatively quiet for enclosed machinery and general factory equipment. The sealed housing and passive cooling arrangement suit installations where moisture exposure and limited airflow are common.
