Product Description:
The SE-D1.010.030-10.000 is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. It converts controlled electrical energy into precise shaft motion for automated positioning, indexing, and speed-regulated duties on assembly lines, pick-and-place modules, and lightweight conveyors. The unit’s compact frame couples directly to drive controllers in closed-loop systems, allowing machinery to achieve repeatability while keeping moving mass low during frequent cycle reversals. This motor is often embedded in conveyor rollers, grippers, or format-adjustment modules where limited but accurate torque is required.
The motor uses the IM B5 face arrangement, and the flange circle measures 72 mm so the housing aligns with compact gearheads. Overall length is 227 mm, which helps the motor fit into narrow axis spaces and enclosed mechanisms. The sealed construction meets IP65, blocking dust and low-pressure water jets. A hardened shaft of Ø11 × 23 mm transfers torque to couplings. When commanded, the rotor reaches 3000 rpm, and an internal tachogenerator supplies 3 × 20 Vss ±5% at 1000 rpm for velocity feedback. During zero-speed holding, the stator draws 1.0 A, while the associated drive keeps DC-link voltage ripple within 2% for stable current regulation. Airborne sound pressure is limited to 58 dB(A), which supports use near compact machine stations.
The assembly weighs 2.9 kg, reducing inertial loads on linear stages and delta robots. It endures shocks up to 6 g without loss of alignment, making it suitable for axes that see rapid starts or tool changes. Thermal monitoring disconnects the windings once they reach 155 °C, protecting the F-class insulation system during repeated motion cycles. At standstill, the motor can maintain 1.0 Nm of static torque, permitting secure position holding on vertical slides.
