Product Description:
The SE-B5.700.030-14.000 is a synchronous servo motor in the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. In industrial automation, it provides closed-loop rotary actuation for indexing tables, transfer lines, and material-handling axes where repeatable speed and torque are essential. Integrated tacho feedback wiring simplifies connection to the drive controller, allowing velocity to be monitored continuously while the motor delivers commanded movement under varying load conditions.
The housing is prepared for IM B5 face mounting, allowing the motor to bolt directly to gearboxes or machine plates without external feet. A flange diameter of 190 mm supports concentric alignment during installation, and the centering hole is machined to DIN 332-DR M12. Output power is transmitted through a shaft that measures 32 mm in diameter and extends 58 mm beyond the bearing seat, providing adequate engagement length for keyed couplings. The enclosure carries a protection rating of IP65, protecting the internal components against dust and low-pressure water jets. Power conductors exit through a Pg29 gland, and a Pg9 port is reserved for the tacho signal, keeping high-current and low-level wiring separated.
The motor supports a bearing service life of 20,000 hours under nominal radial and axial loading, reducing planned downtime in multi-shift plants. When the equipment is exposed to line shocks, the assembly withstands impacts up to 6 g without losing alignment. Acoustic emission reaches a maximum of 58 dB(A), helping limit motor noise in the surrounding work area. Stator leads accept a cross-sectional area of 25.0 mm², matching common four-core silicone cables for high-current servo drives. The built-in tacho delivers 2.7 V per 1,000 rpm, providing a proportional velocity signal for the connected drive controller. Auxiliary ground conductors terminate on an M6 stud located next to the power connector, providing a dedicated grounding point separate from the signal connection.
