Product Description:
The SE-B5.700.030-10.015 is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. This three-phase permanent-magnet motor is intended for axes that need fast response and repeatable positioning in machining centers, packaging lines, and automated assembly cells. When it is paired with a digital drive controller, it converts controlled electrical energy into regulated mechanical torque and speed for precise motion control. That operating role makes it suitable for applications where short settling times and stable cycle performance are important during repeated starts, stops, and direction changes.
The motor reaches a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, which gives the axis a high continuous operating speed under rated load. It can hold vertical or tensioned loads with a static torque of 71 Nm, helping prevent unwanted movement at standstill. The torque constant is 1.02 Nm/A, so each ampere of phase current produces roughly one newton-meter of torque. The winding resistance is 0.074 Ohm, which helps limit copper loss during steady operation. A winding inductance of 1.4 mH supports fast current response, which is useful when the drive commands quick changes in torque.
During acceleration, the motor can produce a maximum shaft torque of 147 Nm and can briefly draw a peak current of 446 A. Rotor inertia is 28.8 × 10⁻³ kg·m², giving the drive a balance between smooth motion and quick index moves without excessive overshoot. The electrical time constant is 19.0 ms, the thermal time constant is 53 minutes, and the continuous standstill current limit is 70 A. The A-flange has an IP67 seal, and the 190 mm square flange with a Ø 32 × 58 mm shaft supports mounting to heavy gearheads. A voltage constant of 117 V/1000 rpm helps the drive account for back EMF during vector control.
