Product Description:
The SE-B4.310.025-00.014 is a synchronous servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. The unit serves as a torque-controlled rotary actuator that couples to gearboxes or direct-drive shafts. This arrangement allows machine controllers to impose accurate speed and position profiles on packaging lines, material-handling gantries, and pick-and-place heads.
This motor develops a static torque of 31 Nm, giving machinery a firm holding capability when the axis is energized but stationary. Its nominal shaft speed is 2500 rpm, which supports moderate-speed production cycles and aligns with standard drive output frequencies. Heat is dissipated through radiation and natural convection, so no external blower or liquid circuit is required as long as airflow around the housing remains unobstructed. The housing meets the IP67 ingress protection classification, allowing operation in washdown zones where water jets or dust are present. During operation, the sound pressure remains at 58 dB(A), limiting the motor’s acoustic impact in the surrounding work area.
The bearings have a target service life of 20,000 hours, supported by grease reservoirs matched to that interval. The rotor and stator can withstand mechanical shocks of up to 6 g. The mounting interface uses an IM B5 flange-face arrangement, allowing the frame to bolt directly to gear reducers or C-face adapters. The shaft geometry conforms to the DIN 748 tolerance system and includes a keyway with a supplied feather key for positive torque transfer. The flange pattern complies with IEC 72-2 and DIN 42948, while vibration severity grade N helps maintain feedback accuracy. A thermistor embedded in the windings provides real-time thermal protection. The mating power connector is not included, allowing users to select a compatible plug style for the intended cable arrangement.
