Product Description:
The SE-B4.139.030-14.000 is a synchronous servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. As a rotary actuator, it converts drive current from a servo inverter into precisely controlled torque and speed, allowing machine tools, packaging stations, and handling modules to position loads with high repeatability. The motor is intended for demanding industrial automation cycles that require accurate motion and minimal maintenance.
At a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, the rotor sustains commanded motion without exceeding the speed range of common servo inverters. The enclosure carries an IP67 rating, so particulate ingress and brief immersion do not disturb the internal components. With a shock resistance of 6 g, the unit tolerates rapid indexing on portal arms and other moving assemblies. Torque is delivered through a Ø24 k5 shaft, while the mounting face uses a 142 ±0.7 mm flange that mates with compact gearheads. The design follows the IM B5 construction type, using a face flange instead of foot mounts. Alignment is maintained by a Ø130 j6 pilot diameter and an M8 centering hole. Terminals in the motor connection area accept conductors with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm².
Feedback and thermal monitoring are integrated into the housing. The brushless DC tacho generator produces 2.7 V/1000 rpm with a ripple of 1.5%, giving the drive an analog speed signal suitable for high-gain velocity loops. The tacho generator and Hall electronics share a regulated sensor supply of ±15 V DC, which isolates low-level signals from the power stage. A thermistor embedded in the stator windings tracks the internal temperature across a range of -10 to +145 °C, allowing the controller to reduce output or shut down the axis before the insulation temperature limit is exceeded.
