The SE-B4.130.030-05.000 servo motor is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. It is a permanent-magnet synchronous actuator intended for positioning and velocity control in industrial automation, including packaging stations, feeders, and handling gantries. When connected to a compatible drive controller, the motor converts electrical power into regulated mechanical rotation for closed-loop motion axes that require high repeatability and minimal maintenance.
At a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, the motor can deliver 13 Nm of continuous torque and a peak output of 27.6 Nm for short acceleration periods. Torque rises in proportion to phase current because the electromagnetic coupling provides a torque constant of 0.91 Nm/A. Back EMF measured at the terminals follows a voltage constant of 104 V/1000 rpm, which the drive electronics use when regulating motor operation. The stator coils have a winding inductance of 9.3 mH and a resistance of 0.68 Ω, affecting current rise time and copper losses. The motor connector accepts power cables with conductor sizes up to 2.5 mm². Its IM B5 mounting arrangement positions the flange face for secure attachment to a compatible machine surface.
The housing is centered by a flange with an outer square dimension of 142 mm and a pilot diameter of 130 mm. The shaft has a diameter of 24 mm and a length of 50 mm, allowing torque to be transmitted through a compatible coupling. The rotor has a moment of inertia of 3.08 × 10⁻³ kg·m², supporting rapid speed changes without excessive drive demand. During transportation or installation, the assembly can withstand shocks of up to 6 g. Rated shaft loads apply when the motor is installed in the IM B5 orientation, and suitable bearings and couplings should be selected for the expected radial and axial forces.
