The motor connects to a matched drive controller that regulates phase current and reads tacho feedback for closed-loop performance.
At its nominal operating point, the rotor reaches 3000 rpm, so the application must accommodate that speed and the related gear ratios. A torque constant of 1.02 Nm/A means that each ampere of phase current produces approximately one newton-meter, which helps with drive sizing. During stall, the windings carry 4.0 A of continuous standstill current, which sets the thermal limit for sustained holding duty. Initial load retention is provided by 4.2 Nm of static torque, which is suitable for indexing tables before motion begins.
