Product Description:
The SE-B2.030.060-04.000 is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and part of the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. It supplies precise rotary motion for industrial positioning axes used in packaging, pick-and-place, and compact machining modules. A permanent-magnet rotor works with a digital feedback link to support accurate speed and position control during repeated motion cycles. An integrated holding brake also helps keep the axis in place when power is removed or when the machine is idle.
Under rated operation, the motor reaches a nominal speed of 6000 rpm, enabling short cycle times on light mechanical loads. It can resist stall without excess heat thanks to a static torque capacity of 3.0 Nm while drawing a standstill current of 7.5 A. The torque constant of 0.42 Nm/A allows the drive to relate current demand to required shaft torque in a direct way. Winding inductance of 14.0 mH helps moderate current ripple and influences pulse-width modulation behavior in the connected drive. These electrical characteristics support repeatable low-speed control as well as rapid speed changes during positioning tasks.
The spring-applied brake supplies a holding capability of 3.5 Nm and releases at 24 V DC with a 0.7 A coil draw, helping prevent load drift during standby. For acceleration events, the windings can accept a peak current of 45 A, and a rotor inertia of 0.60 ×10⁻³ kg·m² supports quick response without making the axis overly unstable at speed. Back EMF rises in proportion to speed according to a voltage constant of 45 V/1000 rpm, which is useful when matching the motor to a compatible drive. Mechanical mounting uses a 14 mm by 30 mm shaft with an A5×5×25 feather key, and the complete motor with brake measures 283 mm in length and weighs 8.0 kg. This layout supports secure coupling to driven components while keeping the motor compact enough for tightly spaced machine assemblies.
