Product Description:
The SE-B2.020.030-10.013 is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the SE Synchronous Servo Motors series. This motor is intended for closed-loop positioning and velocity tasks in industrial automation where precise rotary motion and feedback-controlled performance are required. Wiring enters through a connector that accepts 1.5 mm² conductors, but a mating connector is not supplied, allowing users to select a suitable termination style for the installation.
The motor reaches a nominal speed of 3000 rpm while drawing a standstill current of 2.7 A, giving control systems a predictable operating range for acceleration profiles. An integrated tacho generator produces 2.7 V/1000 rpm, supplying analog speed feedback without external sensors. The solid shaft measures 14 mm in diameter and extends 30 mm beyond the flange. The shaft has no keyway, so torque is transmitted through a friction coupling. Rotor balance quality N helps limit vibration throughout the specified speed range. The motor face follows the IM B5 construction code for direct flange mounting, which supports rigid attachment and accurate alignment with the driven equipment.
The deep-groove bearings are rated for 20,000 h of operation before relubrication becomes necessary, supporting long production cycles. The housing has an IP67 ingress protection rating, providing complete protection against dust and resistance to temporary immersion in water. Under load, airborne sound pressure remains below 58 dB(A), helping limit noise generated by automated machinery. The assembly withstands shocks up to 6 g during handling or transportation. Its sealed housing can reduce the need for additional protection in locations exposed to dust or occasional water contact. Proper mounting and shaft alignment remain important for maintaining bearing life and stable operation throughout the motor’s service period.
