Product Description:
The BT300 Card Rack is an important component of Bosch Rexroth Indramat's SB System Box Units. It is intended for multi-channel tightening systems. SB301 and SB305 System Box Units are compatible with BT300. The BT300 card rack is designed to provide up to five channels for tightening in a rack. Some of these channels include the tightening spindles, LT30x servo amplifiers, and SE3xx controllers to enhance tightening control and stability. The SB System Box Units in a multi-channel system which can accommodate up to 40 tightening channels. It can be easily used in various industries.
Connectivity between the system components is enabled by bus cables with a maximum length of 100 m that connects system boxes and card racks. AW300 termination resistor is also fitted at both ends of the system to prevent signal distortion. The RK300 rack couplers act as critical components for drives to provide secure and efficient connection of multiple drives and system modules. Rack couplers serve as connectors to transfer signals along with power and communication data between interconnected units so automation systems can operate effectively. Their most important benefit includes providing dependable alignment and mechanical stability between components thus minimizing system faults and miscommunication risks. These BP301 dummy panels with unoccupied slots, maintain system integrity and prevent potential disruptions.
Easy accessibility of SB System Box Units enables technicians to perform maintenance and repair work efficiently, thus minimizing operational costs and reducing equipment downtime. This ensures the efficiency and versatility of installation in industrial areas as customers can alter the configuration as they need. The BT300 Card Rack itself and the rest of the system provide a robust and customizable platform for high-precision tightening applications.
