The RZS01.1-5-080 model is a Sinusoidal filter design and developed by Rexroth Indramat to operate the motor with sine-shaped current and voltage values. The model helps in reducing the power losses in the motor while operating at a high speed and it also provides protection against the high voltage effect. The RZS01.1 Sinusoidal filter is engineered to operate at the rated voltage of 3 × 500 VAC power source with the tolerance of ±10%. The model provides limitation of power surges and it reduces the strain on the winding insulation. The filter is highly recommended by our international customers due to its high functional stability under extreme working conditions. The RZS01.1 Sinusoidal filter operates at the PWM frequency of 8 kHz. The Sinusoidal filter consumes the continuous current of 80 A while operating at the switching frequency of 8 kHz. The model RZS01.1-5-080 can operate ideally under the ambient temperature range of 0 – 40 degree Celsius with the allowable humidity range of 5 – 95% (without condensation). Only Rexroth-approved accessories and modules are allowed to operate in conjunction with this filter. The model is operated by the P0026 module.
