These devices are equipped with built-in fans for effective heat dissipation and should be used exclusively with HPS power stacks also designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth.
The RZR01.1-RD52-0880-P-M-FW is an inverter controller in the RZR01 series. It features Design 1 and utilizes the RD52 controller function with field-oriented vector control for the control of the HPS power stack module. It utilizes an effective maximum current of 880A for the HPS and uses the parallel circuit technique for the connection of electrical components. Its inverter control is for motor inverter, and it carries out its function at an input voltage rating of 24V with a ±
5% allowance and 5% maximum ripple. It consumes a maximum constant current of 12A. Commissioning of the RZR01.1-RD52-0880-P-M-FW can also be done with an external voltage source installed in the control cabinet housing the controller.
Without its connection terminals, the RZR01.1-RD52-0880-P-M-FW has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 20 according to EN 60529. This means that it is protected from damage due to penetration of objects over 12mm. It should only be operated in a service room where the ambient temperature lies between 0 – 40 oC. The air pressure in this room should also be in a range between 70 kPa and 106 kPa, while the relative humidity should not be more than 95%.This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
