The RZC01.2-6N-037-F-23 is a chemistry module produced by the company for use with the RD500 drive control system. This module has compact dimensions that are identical to those of the AC drive converters. As a result, the AC drive converters can be mounted together with this module without any additional clearance. Because of the same dimensions, it is possible to mount the AC drive converters very close to this module i.e. the module can be mounted below, on the side, or above the converters. This chemistry module finds its application in the chemical and process industries for which its size and electrical wiring are suited. To ensure high quality standards, the module has been designed in accordance with the NE 37 NMAUR guidelines. The system is also provided with a slot to connect with the PTC thermistor of the motor.

The RZC01.2-6N-037-F-23 has an additional slot for power connections and another slot for connecting signal cables that are designed in accordance with the “extra low function voltage with safe operation PELV” requirements. The device is provided with floating digital inputs and digital floating outputs with a load capacity of 24 VDC. The PTC thermistor unit used along with the system is PTB certified and is also certified with explosion protected motors. This model has a rated current of 56 A and its rated power is 30 kW.
