The Bosch Rexroth RZC01.1-6T-037-F-23 chemistry module supports mounting on a flat surface. The product is surrounded by a metal enclosure. This enclosure and the associated control cabinet have to be connected through a surface area as large as possible. The device has an X3 connector at its bottom to connect a PTC thermistor. The three-phase unit features the power terminals for its supply line voltage and motor connections near the connector for the thermistor. There are two sets of three power terminals for these connections. The protective conductor connection must support a minimum cable cross-section of 10mm² or AWG 6.

The module incorporates a gL type backup fuse of a maximum 63A current rating. The product houses an X2 terminal with a plug-in type connection. The digital, as well as analog inputs and outputs of the device, are connected to this terminal. The unit does not have any pre-assigned analog outputs. It is delivered with prefabricated wiring cables to incorporate a connection with the manufacturer’s drive converter. This chemistry module functions at high electrical voltage. The motor associated with the product is likely to have live signal and control lines for a brief period even after they have been switched OFF after use.

This device has 4.2Nm to 5Nm torque for the steel plate lugs present on its housing. The filter current feedback connection of the product is established through a bushing terminal. The U6, V6 and W6 terminals for this connection come fitted with bridges that must be removed just before the device is operated. The unit supports an internal connection to the drive converter through the X81 plug type terminal. It is to be checked that the drive converter is loaded with the appropriate firmware. The module is available with a warranty that is valid for a year. It can be sent to any international destination irrespective of the country you live in.
