The Bosch RZC01.1-6T-007-V-23 is a chemistry module. It is designed for use with RD 500 drives. According to the product code, the line and design for the module are 1 and 2 respectively, the nominal connecting voltage is 400 Volts AC (three-phase), a NAMUR strip is available on the module, the rated power data of the frequency converter is 5.5 kilowatts and the module is designed for mounting inside a cabinet with IP23 protection rating. The type label on the chemistry module lists all important module specifications which should be checked at the time of module delivery. The RZC01.1-6T-007-V-23 is part of a series of accessories for RD 500 module that include braking resistors and motor filters. Dimensions of the chemistry module are very similar to those of RD 500 drives.

Horizontal spacing is not required between the module and adjacent modules. However a minimum vertical spacing of 125 millimeters should be provided between the module and other modules or drives are installed above it or below it. The terminals for the drive connection are located on the top side of the module. The terminals for the power and line connections are located on the bottom side of the device. The drive to which the RZC01.1-6T-007-V-23 is connected should be powered off before any maintenance work is performed. The safety instructions detailed in the manual should be implemented.
