Product Description

The RZC01.1-6N-037-N-23 chemistry module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth does not have a NAMUR terminal strip fitted to it. This module has a 22.5mm modular dimension. The product can be fitted next to another module without any space in between by implementing mounting rails with threaded holes in a grid pattern. The cabinet cooling must be calculated based on the cooling air requirement of the installed device. The unit portrays a line code of 1. Its metal enclosure has to be connected to the cabinet through the biggest possible surface area to maintain good electrical contact. The module should be separated from the converter by a distance of at least 125mm.

The various cables of the product pertaining to power, motor, line supply and signal lines have to be routed away from one another to avoid interference. The device may have live control and power terminals even if the motor is in standstill mode. Its PTC thermistor connection is at the bottom.
