The RZC01.1-5T-007-F-23 is a chemistry module designed by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat. This device is designed specifically for operation with RD servo drive series used in industrial servo systems, it is a very durable machine that can meet the operational requirements of a wide range of industrial machines, such as textile machines, food processing machines, and lots more. This chemical module is produced in accordance with the international quality standards, it is manufactured with asbestos and silicon-free materials, thus it is completely safe for industrial operation. Instructions on the operation, configuration, installation, and general operation of this servo drive have been stated in the housing unit of this servo drive, to protect the integrity of the chemical module, operators should ensure that these instructions are strictly obeyed.

The RZC01.1-5T-007-F-23 industrial chemical module features an external structure that is similar to that of an AC drive controller, it contains different electrical connectors through which it can connect to all other parts of the industrial servo system, some of the electrical interfaces present in the housing of this servo drive include the X1 power connection interface, the X2 connector for the signal motor feedback cable, and the X3 connector to connect to the PTC thermistor of the industrial motor.  The rated current used by this chemical module is about 10 amperes while the rated power output is 5.5 kilowatts.

The maximum permissible rated temperature for the operation of this servo drive is about 40 degrees Celsius, operating the converter above this temperature can cause overheating which in turn leads to a rapid reduction in the efficiency of the chemical module.
