The RZC01.1-5N-022-F-23 is a chemistry module designed by high trained operators of Rexroth Indramat to supplement the operation of drive controllers used in industrial processing and production operations. This chemistry module corresponds to the NAMUR recommendation for the design of AC drive controllers and a standard terminal strip for a variable frequency converter; it has designed housing dimensions as the drive controller and can be installed with industrial drive controllers without the need for any intermediate clearance. The RZC01.1-5N-022-F-23 chemistry module operates with a rated input current of about 28 amperes and a rated power of about 18.5 kilowatts. Under ideal operating conditions, this chemistry module can maintain efficiency as high as 95 percent without requiring any major repair operation.

The RZC01.1-5N-022-F-23 industrial chemistry module features a housing unit that meets the IP23 protection class; this housing is also specially structured to allow for the easy integration of the module into the control cabinet. The maximum permissible length of the motor cable used with this chemistry module is about 400 meters; however, if the cables are shielded, then they should not exceed a length of 200 meters.
