The RLB3-127LEB is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as a member of the RLB Motor Power Cables series. Intended for use inside automated machinery, this cable links MS2 synchronous motors to Rexroth inverters so that three-phase power can pass without excessive loss or signal distortion. By providing a dedicated path between the drive and motor, the assembly simplifies routing inside drag chains and fixed conduits while maintaining compatibility with the mechanical interfaces used by the Rexroth Cables product group.

This model follows the manufacturer’s Basic cable design and is classified as a power cable. Internally, four main conductors rated at 35 mm² carry the phase current, while a 4 × 1.5 mm² auxiliary conductor set supports brake or sensor lines. The cable has a rated service life of 5,000,000 bending cycles when flexed in an energy chain at a dynamic radius of 7.5 × D. A molded motor plug with an E (M50) housing mates directly with the motor-side connection. The opposite end is prepared for a direct connection to the drive, eliminating the need for an intermediate terminal box and reducing the number of connection points within the power circuit.

For installation outside moving carriers, the cable may be formed to a static radius of 5 × D without impairing the insulation. Continuous service, storage, and transportation are permitted within a temperature range of -30 to 80 °C, allowing the cable to remain in the same temperature range throughout normal handling and operation. Control cabinets equipped with EFC frequency converters can connect the cable directly without a separate adapter. The conductor arrangement is compatible with motors in the MS2(X) series and provides phase-power conductors alongside auxiliary lines for brake or sensor circuits. Its molded motor-side connection and prepared drive end support compact routing through fixed conduits or energy chains in automated equipment.
