The RLB2-064LEB is a flexible motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RLB Motor Power Cables series. It transfers supply current between drive inverters and servo motors, supporting coordinated motion in industrial automation cells. The cable is designed for continuous carrier chains, allowing equipment such as palletizers, gantry loaders, and packaging axes to move without power interruption while remaining within the required electrical limits. Its flexible design accommodates repetitive movement along guided routes where fixed wiring would be unsuitable.
The cable uses a basic design and withstands 5,000,000 flexural cycles, enabling a long service life in high-duty drag-chain applications. Power conductors with a cross-sectional area of 35 mm² keep resistive losses low and permit high peak currents during acceleration. When routed through moving guides, the minimum dynamic bending radius is 7.5 × D, which reduces mechanical stress on the insulation layers. A minimum static bending radius of 5 × D applies when the cable remains stationary. A factory-installed motor plug in size M58 connects directly to the motor housing. This direct connection eliminates intermediate terminal boxes, reduces the number of separate connection points, and simplifies cable routing through automated machinery.
