The RLB2-064HDB is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied inside the RLB Motor Power Cables series. In automated cells it links a cabinet-mounted drive to a moving MS2 servo axis, carrying phase conductors, control pairs, and protective ground within one sheath. The assembly supports repetitive motion, tight-bend routing, and straightforward replacement, so it is applied on gantry loaders, handling modules, and packaging stations that run around the clock.
This variant follows the Basic cable design and belongs to the wider Rexroth Cables product group. Four line cores, four 1.0 mm² signal wires, and two 1.5 mm² protective conductors form the 4x L + 4x 1.0 mm² + 2x 1.5 mm² layout, and each phase conductor offers a cross-section of 10 mm² to limit voltage drop. Under continuous carrier motion the bundle accepts a dynamic bending radius of 7.5xD and has been qualified for 5,000,000 flex cycles, supporting rapid linear axes. Service temperatures range from -30 C to 80 C, allowing use in chilled storage areas as well as heated production zones.
