The RLB2-021CBB is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RLB Motor Power Cables series. It delivers three-phase electrical power from a drive to a synchronous servo motor, forming part of the wiring between ctrlX automation platforms and moving axes. When installed in cable carriers or gantry systems, the cable routes power safely through dynamic paths while maintaining the electromagnetic compatibility required in industrial automation.

The cable has a mechanical service life of 5 million flex cycles, supporting repetitive motion in pick-and-place modules and robotic systems. During continuous movement, the jacket can bend to a minimum radius of 7.5 × D without placing excessive stress on the conductors or deforming the insulating sheath. Each conductor has a cross-sectional area of 1.0 mm², providing current-carrying capacity for smaller frame sizes in the MS2 motor family while minimizing the overall cable diameter. An integrated M23 power connector at the motor end simplifies installation and preserves the 360-degree shield termination needed for low-noise operation. The assembly uses the RLB insulation system and meets the voltage requirements of its corresponding drives.

For static routing, the minimum bend radius is 5 × D, allowing compact cabinet routing without exceeding the permissible strain limits of the copper conductors. A factory-applied overmold on the drive side provides a direct connection to inverter terminals, eliminating intermediate junction boxes and reducing potential failure points. The cable is compatible with ctrlX DRIVE inverters and mates directly with motors in the MS2(X) series. The Basic design option keeps the outer diameter low and omits additional sensor pairs when the installation requires only power conductors.
