The RL2-049EBB is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RL2 Motor Power Cables series. It routes power and feedback between 2nd-generation IndraDrive motors and their drives, providing a direct cabinet-to-motor link that simplifies installation in automated machinery.

Mechanically, the cable follows a Basic design that combines four power cores and four signal leads in the 4 x L + 4 x 0.75 mm² layout. Service life is verified for 5 Million bending cycles, while each power conductor features a cross-section of 2.5 mm². In cable-track applications the minimum dynamic bend radius is 7.5 x D, and the overall sheath measures 14.8 mm in diameter. The jacket is made of PUR, giving abrasion resistance and chemical stability suitable for moving axes, stacker cranes, and linear transfer units.

Electrically, the power cores withstand up to 600/1000 V, and the signal pair is rated for 450/750 V. Leakage to shield is limited to 0.4 nF/m, supporting low-noise encoder transmission. A keyed M40 connector mates with the motor housing and enables the required direct motor-drive connection. Fixed routing allows conductor temperatures up to 90 °C, while continuous flexing is limited to 80 °C. For static placements, the cable may be bent to 5 x D without compromising the Rexroth Cable classification.
