The RKL4803 is a flexible motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links IndraDrive servo drives to synchronous motors, transferring three-phase power and auxiliary signals in automated machines that rely on frequent motion. The cable integrates molded connectors at both ends to simplify installation in robots, gantries, and drag chain carriers typical of industrial automation lines. As part of a matched cabling system, it maintains electrical integrity while coping with mechanical stress.
The main circuit inside the cable carries energy through 4 tinned copper power conductors, each sized at 0.75 mm² to support the continuous load current allowed by the drive at its rated voltage of 300 V. Two additional signal cores provide auxiliary functions; these are present as 2 smaller conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² for temperature sensors or brake supply lines. A keyed RLS0749 plug terminates the drive side, while an RLS1701 angled receptacle mates directly with the motor housing, eliminating manual wiring.
