The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RKL4761 is a power cable from the RKL Motor Power Cables series with a PUR jacket in RAL 2003 orange and an overall diameter of 18.5 mm. The RKL4761 is a motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It interconnects a Rexroth drive controller with a compatible servo motor so that three-phase energy, protective earth and low-level control lines reach the machine axis through one routed bundle. The assembly is supplied as a ready-to-install harness, reducing on-site wiring tasks in industrial automation cells.
The cable occupies a circular envelope of 18.5 mm, yet its core set includes a robust 6.0 mm² trio plus earth to transfer motor current. Those power cores are identified as 3 + PE and withstand a continuous potential of 300/500 V. Copper conductor resistance is limited to 3.30 Ω/km, keeping voltage drop low over long machine runs. A fixed-lay installation may follow a minimum curvature of 5 × D, letting builders route the jacketed bundle along cabinet corners without stressing the insulation. Two auxiliary pairs, sized 2×1.0 mm² and 2×1.5 mm², carry temperature or brake signals, while the control cores observe a 300/300 V rating suited to typical encoder or sensor voltages. Bulk cable designation INK0604 identifies the underlying raw cable for service replacement.
Dynamic motion axes benefit from a flexible bend limit of 7.5 × D, allowing the RKL4761 to operate inside moving cable chains. A tough PUR outer sheath resists cutting oils and abrasion, and its high-visibility RAL 2003 (Orange) colour aids maintenance tracing. Factory-crimped RLS1202/C06 contacts form the controller-side connector, while the motor end terminates in the RLK1301 plug to match Rexroth motor housings.
