The RKL4754 motor power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is intended for fixed-to-moving connections between an Indramat drive controller and a servo motor, supplying three-phase power and auxiliary control conductors in industrial automation cells where continuous flexing and compact routing are required.
The cable core is manufactured from INK0602 bulk stock and is specified for 5,000,000 bending cycles, a figure that defines its expected service life in high-duty drag-chain systems. A sheath diameter of 14.8 mm supports tight installation spaces without compromising conductor spacing, while the loop resistance of 7.98 Ω/km limits voltage drop over longer runs. Four power conductors with a cross-section of 4x2.5 mm² handle phase currents under normal loading, and a separate bundle of 4 × 1.0 mm² control cores provides temperature or brake signals. The assembly is rated for 600 V AC, aligning with drive outputs commonly found in Rexroth inverter cabinets.
