The RKL4753 motor power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the RKL Motor Power Cables series. Designed for servo axes and spindle drives, it carries motor power and low-level control signals between an IndraDrive amplifier and a compatible rotary machine. The molded connectors at each end simplify installation, while the abrasion-resistant outer jacket and flexible core support continuous-motion cable chains used in automated assembly cells and packaging lines.
On the inverter side, the cable terminates in an RLS1102/C02 plug that mates directly with IndraDrive output terminals. Three phase cores, each with a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm², carry moderate motor currents over lengths typical of machine installations. Insulation rated at 300/500 V provides protection against line-to-line voltage transients. A reinforced PUR sheath resists cutting oils and weld spatter while retaining the flexibility required for moving applications. During dynamic routing, the cable requires a minimum bend radius of 7.5 × D and has a rated service life of 5,000,000 flex cycles in energy chains. The underlying bulk cable is INK0650, and its conductor resistance is 13.3 Ω/km, which limits voltage drop on extended runs.
Control cores with a cross-sectional area of 0.75 mm² share the outer jacket but remain isolated for brake circuits and temperature sensors. These control conductors have a voltage rating of 300/300 V. The cable has an outside diameter of 12.2 mm, allowing it to fit common drag-chain separators and gland plates without additional adapters. In a fixed installation, the assembly can be routed with a minimum bend radius of 5 × D without damaging the conductors. The motor end uses a keyed RLK1201 connector that locks securely against vibration and helps prevent coolant from entering the connection. Its combined power and control conductors reduce the number of separate cable runs required between the drive and motor.
