It is a multi-core assembly that delivers mains power and low-level control lines from a drive to a servo motor through the motor’s terminal box connection. By combining power conductors with paired control cores in a single jacket, the cable helps streamline cabinet wiring and maintains electromagnetic compatibility in industrial automation systems that require synchronized motion and compact routing.
The three-phase power circuit uses a cross-section of 35.0 mm², allowing the cable to carry the current demanded by high-torque servo axes while limiting thermal rise. Copper losses are further minimised by a conductor resistance of 0.554 Ω/km, which reduces voltage drop along extended cable runs. An overall diameter of 30.8 mm determines the required gland size and informs cable-tray spacing. For dynamic machine elements, the flexible installation bend radius is 231 mm; in static routing the radius can be reduced to 154 mm.
