It is intended to deliver regulated three-phase power and auxiliary brake signals from frequency converters or servo drives to machine-mounted motors. The design supports continuous motion in cable tracks, articulated robots, and other industrial automation axes, where secure energy transfer, high cycle life, and resistance to ambient oils or coolants are mandatory.
Under fixed routing the cable tolerates a bend radius of 5 × D, while dynamic applications require a minimum curvature of 7.5 × D to avoid conductor fatigue. Its sheath is coloured RAL 2003 (orange), simplifying traceability inside crowded control cabinets. A tough PUR (adhesion-free, matte) jacket protects the cores against abrasion and chemical exposure. Despite the multiple conductors, the assembly maintains an overall diameter of 29.8 mm, balancing space constraints with insulation thickness to meet drive voltage clearances inside moving drag-chain guides.
Electrical behavior is equally defined.
