The RKL4566 is a cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is intended to route three-phase power and auxiliary signals between a drive controller and its matched servo motor in automated cells, presses, and handling modules, where compact, combined power-and-feedback wiring reduces panel space and installation time.

Its 4x10.0+(2x1.0)StC+(2x1.5)StC mm² construction groups four power cores with two shielded signal pairs so that both propulsion and feedback circuits can share a single routed line. The dedicated power conductors carry currents with a cross-section of 10.0 mm², limiting thermal rise during high-load duty cycles. Combined copper geometry yields a loop resistance of 1.91 Ω/km, helping the drive maintain torque accuracy over extended cable lengths. When integrated on moving axes, the cable tolerates continuous bending down to a radius of 7.5 x D, a requirement for systems that place it inside long-travel drag chains. Each power core is insulated for up to 600 V AC, while the paired control wires operate at 300 V to carry brake or sensor signals without cross-talk.

Installation in stationary routing can use a tighter radius of 5 x D without damaging the conductors. The overall diameter measures 22.2 mm, allowing common metric cable glands to grip the sheath tightly. That sheath is moulded from PUR, giving abrasion resistance, oil immunity, and flexibility for millions of drag-chain cycles. Factory termination is performed with the keyed INS0482/L10 connector, which mates directly to Rexroth motor junction boxes and provides 360-degree shielding continuity.
