The design targets dynamic applications such as handling robots and gantry axes where continuous bending and electrical robustness are required.
Mechanically, the cable endures up to 5,000,000 flexing cycles in energy-chain layouts, a figure that supports long service life in constantly moving carriers. The conductor bundle follows the INK0603 bulk cable specification and combines a power quad and paired controls. Two control pairs sized 2x1.0 + 2x1.5 mm² allow temperature sensor or brake lines to run inside the same sheath, while four power cores of 4x4.0 mm² handle the main motor current.
