The RKL4519 power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKL Motor Power Cables series. Intended for servo drive installations, it delivers three-phase power and control signals between an Indramat drive controller and a synchronous motor. By combining phase, protective earth, and control conductors inside a single flexible jacket, the assembly simplifies routing through energy chains and reduces the amount of separate wiring required in industrial automation cells. Its integrated layout also helps keep conductors organized where repeated machine movement requires a compact cable path.
The cable has a service life of 5,000,000 bending cycles, supporting reciprocating gantry or robotic axes that operate for extended periods. Mechanical stress during movement is limited by a dynamic bending radius of 7.5 × D, while installation in fixed trays permits a tighter static bending radius of 5 × D. Power is carried by three phase conductors, each with a cross-sectional area of 35.0 mm². The protective earth conductor has the same cross-sectional area to support balanced thermal performance within the cable. Four control conductors are included in the core, and each control lead has a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm² to maintain voltage stability for brakes or sensors over long runs. The cable contains eight conductors in total, allowing the outer diameter to remain manageable for densely populated cable chains.
This ready-made assembly uses an RLS0723 molded plug on the controller side and connects to the motor through a keyed RLK0006 receptacle.
