Designed for servo-drive installations, it carries three-phase power alongside auxiliary control signals, allowing a single routed bundle between the cabinet and the motor. In automated gantries, pick-and-place axes, and other moving equipment this arrangement shortens wiring runs and maintains signal integrity under constant dynamic motion.
The cable is qualified for 5 million bending cycles, so it remains functional in high-frequency drag-chain service. When secured, a minimum radius of 5 x D prevents compression of insulation layers; during flexing travel, the radius must widen to 7.5 x D to limit tensile stress on shields and fillers. Power conductors sized at 10.0 mm² deliver the full phase current, while two shielded twisted-pair bundles carry brake or encoder lines.
