The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RKL4511 is a preassembled motor power cable supplied under the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It links IndraDrive controllers to synchronous motors in automated machinery, carrying three-phase power and auxiliary control signals through a single harness. Built from bulk cable INK0602 and terminated with motor plug RLK0005 on one end and controller plug RLS0721/K03 on the other, the assembly eliminates field wiring and shortens installation time. These factory-installed connectors establish a consistent electrical path for power and control lines within industrial cells.
The cable has an outside diameter of 14.8 mm, which fits standard gland plates while keeping bending stiffness manageable in moving cable carriers. The cable contains four 2.5 mm² power conductors that deliver symmetrical phase current to the motor. Their copper cross section corresponds to a conductor resistance of 7.98 Ω/km, limiting resistive losses over long runs.
