It is a motor power lead intended to link a drive controller to a size 2 terminal box motor within automated machinery, carrying both power and low-level control signals in one shielded assembly. By providing a dedicated connection between the controller and motor, the cable supports coordinated motion tasks where flexible routing through moving machine elements is required. The combined power and control bundle reduces the number of separate cable runs that must pass through moving machine sections.
The mechanical life of the cable is specified for 5,000,000 bending cycles, indicating suitability for frequent reciprocating motion along linear axes. It tolerates combined flex and twist up to ±180°/30 cm, so it can follow swiveling energy-chain paths without conductor fatigue. During motion, the jacket must not be forced below a dynamic bend radius of 7.5 × D; once installed and stationary, the minimum static radius is 5 × D.
