The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RKL4467 cable belongs to the RKL Motor Power Cables series and is supplied for servo-drive installations in automated production cells. As a motor power cable, it routes three-phase energy and auxiliary control cores from the drive controller to the motor, enabling coordinated motion and feedback functions within industrial automation systems. Its design follows Rexroth system cabling conventions.

Under fixed routing conditions the minimum bend radius is 5 × D, while dynamic assemblies that move in cable tracks must observe a bend radius of 7.5 × D. Internally the conductor set is specified as 4x6.0 mm² + (2x1.0)StC + (2x1.5)StC, giving three-phase power, protective earth and paired shielded control cores in one sheath. Direct current loss is limited by a conductor resistance of 3.30 Ω/km, and charge transfer between adjacent cores is held to 0.8 nF/m of capacitance, which supports low-noise encoder channels. The cable operates in drag-chain applications and its PUR, adhesion-free matte jacket limits abrasion. Both the power and control cores are rated for a nominal line potential of 600 V AC, allowing integration with standard Rexroth inverter outputs.

The thermal envelope is defined by a conductor temperature of 90 °C when the cable is clamped and a reduced limit of 80 °C during continuous flexing, so cabinet layouts and chain guides must maintain these values to avoid insulation fatigue. With an overall diameter of 18.5 mm the RKL4467 fits standard metric glands and drag-chain separators without overstressing fill ratios. The halogen-free construction minimises corrosive gas release during an electrical fault, a feature that supports stricter safety rules in enclosed machine spaces.
