The RKL4439 is a flexible motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. Intended for fixed or dynamic routing between drive controllers and synchronous motors, the cable consolidates three-phase power conductors, a protective earth conductor, and separate control cores so field wiring can be completed with one assembly. It is terminated for a terminal box on size 3 motors, allowing direct connection without intermediate junctions in automated machinery.
The line-to-line capacitance is 1.1 nF/m, a value that is important when calculating drive output filter requirements for long cable runs. The DC loop resistance of the power cores measures 0.78 Ω/km at 20 °C, limiting voltage drop under full-load current. The copper power conductors have a cross-sectional area of 25.0 mm², providing adequate current capacity for medium-frame servo motors. Four separate control cores each have a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm² for brake or temperature signals.
