The RKL4435 is a motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is supplied as a complete lead that delivers mains power through four 16.0 mm² conductors and returns drive-enabled feedback on two twin-paired 1.5 mm² control cores. This configuration allows a single cable run to feed rotary or linear servo motors while reducing cabinet wiring density and installation time in industrial automation systems.
The mechanical design supports 5 million dynamic bending cycles when routed in cable chains, and the minimum bend radius is 5 × D for fixed laying or 7.5 × D during continuous motion, protecting the copper strands from fatigue. An internal layout that follows the INK0606 bulk cable format arranges the power cores concentrically around the control pairs and keeps the outer diameter to 25.5 mm. This diameter, together with the PUR jacket, lets the cable slide smoothly through support rails while resisting abrasion. The 4×16.0 mm² power section supplies motors that draw up to 300/500 V, and the 2×(2×1.5 mm²) control pairs carry thermal sensor or brake-release signals without needing a secondary harness.
Electrical integrity is aided by a conductor resistance of 1.21 Ohm/km at 20 °C, limiting voltage drop on long machine axes. A factory-fitted INS0459 connector mates to Rexroth drive ports, and the motor end seals against housings with an M50 × 1.5 thread. The jacket is moulded from PUR (adhesion-free, matte) in RAL 2003 orange for visibility, and it withstands fixed wire temperatures up to 90 °C. Together with the 300/500 V operating rating and the 4×16.0 mm² power cores, these features ensure stable power delivery and noise-free control signals in stationary cabinets or high-duty drag-chain applications.
