The RKL4407 motor lead is a finished cable assembly produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It carries three-phase power and auxiliary signals between Indramat servo drives and synchronous motors in automated machinery. Its construction balances electrical capacity with flexibility so that the cable can be routed through moving machine members without signal loss.
Electrical performance starts with the bulk cable identified as INK0604. Inside the sheath, the conductor set follows a 4 × 6.0 mm² + 2 × 1.0 mm² + 2 × 1.5 mm² layout, so four 6.0 mm² cores carry motor phases while the smaller wires support control and brake functions. The motor power conductors are rated at 300/500 V, providing the required insulation for power delivery to the motor terminals. Separate conductors used for encoder or sensor supplies are rated for the 300/300 V control level. The conductors have a direct-current resistance of 3.30 ohm/km, which limits voltage drop and helps keep thermal rise predictable over long cable runs.
