The RKL4333 is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and it is part of the RKL Motor Power Cables series. Designed for fixed-to-moving axis connections, the cable carries three-phase motor currents and associated control conductors between a drive controller and a servo motor inside automated production cells. It links the moving servo axis to the control cabinet while maintaining electromagnetic compatibility levels expected in modular drive systems.
The cable core is engineered for high-flex performance; its construction withstands up to 5,000,000 continuous bending cycles when routed in an energy chain. During motion the copper bundle may be curved to a dynamic radius of 7.5 × D, allowing compact loops without exceeding conductor strain limits. Power delivery is handled by four conductors each with a cross-section of 25.0 mm², supporting line currents required by medium-frame synchronous motors and keeping resistive losses low. Auxiliary feedback or brake signals use separate cores sized at 1.5 mm² so that lower-power logic circuits are isolated from the motor phase lines. The cable is rated for up to 600 V AC on the power group, matching the output of Rexroth universal inverters.
In stationary runs the minimum permitted loop contracts to a static radius of 5 × D, which simplifies cabinet dressing where movement is absent.
